Lead comprehensive SAP CO implementations and rollouts across diverse industries. Conduct essential workshops to capture detailed business requirements for cost controlling and profitability analysis. Design and configure critical SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA. Facilitate seamless integration between SAP CO and other key modules like FI, MM, SD, PP, and S/4HANA. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and collaborate effectively with ABAP developers for custom solutions (RICEF). Oversee the entire solution lifecycle, from design and configuration to testing (SIT/UAT) and post-go-live support. Manage client relationships and stakeholders, leading design discussions and securing solution approvals. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and champion best practices, especially within SAP S/4HANA environments. Mentor junior team members, ensuring project milestones are met with high quality and on time. Contribute actively to practice development and capability building within the SAP Finance domain.

A minimum of 8-10 years of dedicated SAP experience, with a strong focus and deep expertise in SAP CO (Controlling). Proven hands-on experience with 3-5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, ideally within S/4HANA environments. Solid understanding of Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (Standard and Actual Costing), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA – both costing-based and account-based). Demonstrated experience in integrating SAP CO with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules. In-depth knowledge of financial closing processes, including allocations and settlements. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal and Margin Analysis, is highly desirable. Capability to produce comprehensive functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams. Experience in data migration, thorough testing cycles, and providing post-go-live support. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Graduate degree in Science or Engineering (e.g., B.Sc. in IT/Computer Science, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA.
