As a Manager, you will spearhead end-to-end SAP CO implementations and rollouts, guiding business requirement gathering through workshops. Your responsibilities include designing and configuring key SAP CO components like CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA. You'll ensure seamless integration with FI, MM, SD, PP modules, and S/4HANA, translating business needs into functional specifications. Leading solution design, testing, go-live support, and managing client stakeholders are also core aspects of this role, alongside identifying process improvements and mentoring junior team members.

We are seeking an experienced SAP professional with 9-12 years of dedicated SAP CO expertise, including 3-5 full lifecycle implementations, ideally in S/4HANA. A strong grasp of Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis is essential. Experience integrating with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules, coupled with knowledge of financial closing processes, Material Ledger, and settlement, is required. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including the Universal Journal and Margin Analysis, is highly preferred. The ability to create functional specifications, collaborate with technical teams, and manage stakeholders effectively is crucial. While not mandatory, familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools like Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
