Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance team as an SAP CO Manager in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation within our SAP landscape. You will lead critical SAP CO implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal financial performance for our clients.

Spearhead end-to-end SAP CO implementations and rollouts across diverse industries, from initial planning to successful go-live.

Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, focusing on cost controlling, profitability analysis, and financial reporting enhancements.

Configure core SAP CO modules including CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA (or Margin Analysis), along with Transfer Pricing.

Ensure robust integration between SAP CO and other key modules like FI, MM, SD, PP, and S/4HANA.

Develop detailed functional specifications for custom developments, collaborating closely with ABAP development teams.

Lead solution design, rigorous testing phases (SIT/UAT), and provide essential post-go-live support.

Manage client relationships effectively, conduct design discussions, and secure crucial solution sign-offs.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and champion best practices, especially within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Mentor junior consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time project milestones.

Contribute to internal capability building and practice development within the SAP Finance domain.

A minimum of 9-12 years of comprehensive SAP experience, with a strong focus on SAP CO (Controlling) expertise.

Proven track record of 3-5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, ideally within S/4HANA environments.

In-depth knowledge of Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (Standard & Actual), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA – costing-based & account-based).

Demonstrated experience integrating SAP CO with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.

Strong understanding of financial closing processes, allocations, Material Ledger, and settlement procedures.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal and Margin Analysis, is highly desirable.

Ability to create clear functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Experience with data migration, comprehensive testing cycles, and post-go-live support.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
