Join our DSA Practice as a Manager, focusing on SAP CAR solutions within the dynamic retail sector. This role is pivotal for driving digital retail transformation and ensuring the success of SAP Customer Activity Repository implementations.

We seek a professional with deep expertise in SAP CAR modules, SAP Retail, and S/4HANA integrations. Your role will be instrumental in managing client relationships, leading delivery teams, and guaranteeing exceptional project outcomes in omnichannel retail processes.

Lead end-to-end SAP CAR implementation, rollout, and support engagements. Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and drive solution design and architecture discussions. Oversee solution architecture, testing, cutover planning, and provide go-live support.

Review functional specifications, enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments. Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Mentor consultants, conduct solution reviews, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices. Support presales activities, including effort estimation and solution proposals.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP CAR is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead the design and configuration of SAP CAR solutions, including POSDTA, OAA, IV, UDF, and PMR (where applicable), is required. Experience in driving integrations between SAP CAR is crucial.

Candidates must possess a Graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc IT, B.Sc Computer Science, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA. The role is based in Bengaluru, IN.
