Join our dynamic DSA Practice as a Manager specializing in SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR). This role is pivotal for driving digital retail transformation through leading SAP CAR implementations and support engagements. You will leverage deep expertise in SAP CAR, SAP Retail, and S/4HANA integrations to enhance omnichannel retail processes.

This position demands strong leadership in managing client relationships and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Your responsibilities will encompass solution architecture, testing, cutover planning, and go-live support, all while adhering to SAP best practices and mentoring junior consultants.

Lead end-to-end SAP CAR implementation, rollout, and support engagements, including client workshops and requirement gathering.

Design and configure key SAP CAR modules such as POS Data Transfer & Audit (POSDTA), Omnichannel Article Availability (OAA), Inventory Visibility (IV), and Unified Demand Forecast (UDF).

Drive seamless integration between SAP CAR and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and risks effectively, while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

Provide presales support, including effort estimation, solution proposals, and client presentations.

A minimum of 8 years of experience with SAP CAR is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in SAP Retail, S/4HANA integrations, and omnichannel retail processes is required.

A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (e.g., B.Sc (I.T), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is necessary.

Proven ability to lead solution architecture, testing, cutover planning, and go-live support.

Experience in reviewing functional specifications, enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments is expected.
