Join our dynamic team as a Manager specializing in SAP CAR, based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology solutions.

You will work with custom solutions built on top of standard SAP CAR, focusing on enhancements, production ticket resolution, and on-call support. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, contribute to testing, and manage documentation for fixes and changes. We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of retail processes and SAP integration.

Develop and implement custom solutions and enhancements for SAP CAR, addressing production tickets and providing on-call support.

Independently manage tasks, contribute to testing phases, and ensure accurate documentation for all system changes and fixes.

Integrate SAP CAR with legacy interfaces, SAP ECC/S4, and other key SAP modules, ensuring seamless data flow.

Utilize SAP CAR for real-time collection, cleansing, and centralization of customer and point-of-sale (POS) data.

Manage and configure CAR/POSDTA processes, identifying and resolving gaps within the retail stream, particularly for POS Sales into CAR and outbound integrations.

A minimum of 10 years of overall experience is required, with at least 7 years specifically in SAP CAR.

Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP CAR landscape design, data consumption, integration strategies, and the utilization of consuming applications.

Possess hands-on experience implementing Native HANA CAR systems, integrating with SAP CRM/Hybris, S/4 HANA, POS DM, and legacy systems.

Showcase extensive experience in data visualization related to SAP CAR.

Candidates must hold a graduate degree in Science or Engineering, such as B.Sc (I.T.), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech, or an MBA.
