This role focuses on bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution within supply chain and logistics operations. You will operate at the intersection of data architecture, analytics, and project leadership. The goal is to design scalable BI frameworks, mentor analytical teams, and drive the end-to-end delivery of Business Intelligence solutions to optimize costs and streamline operations through SAP and integrated analytics platforms.

As a Data Analyst II, you will leverage your intermediate proficiency to contribute significantly to our DSA practice.

Translate complex business objectives into robust technical frameworks and BI solution architectures. Design, build, and deploy advanced dashboards and visual reporting systems using Google Data Studio and Google Plx. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. Author detailed technical documentation, including BRDs and design documents.

Interface with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. Conduct market research for actionable marketing intelligence and competitive analysis. Utilize SAP SDLC to drive process optimization and cost reduction through BI reporting solutions.

Lead project coordination, setting timelines, managing tasks, and defining milestones. Define and track project health metrics to ensure alignment with client objectives. Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to process improvement initiatives within SAP Logistics & Supply Chain operations.

A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with 4-8 years of relevant experience. You should possess 2 years of domain experience in Analytics and Process/Project Management within SAP. Proficiency with SAP tools, Apps Script, Looker Studio, Plx Dashboards, Google Sheets, and Google Forms is essential.

Key competencies include the ability to manage multiple projects, work with large datasets, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. SAP Project management, coordination, and customer service skills are also vital. Experience with Quantitative Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Java/J2EE, SAP SDLC documentation, Visual Modeling, and Project Documentation are expected.

Additional requirements include SAP knowledge and experience. Presentation skills and SAP process mapping/modeling expertise will be beneficial for success in this role.
