As a key player in our SAP practice, you'll leverage your expertise to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge cloud applications. Your focus will be on enhancing SAP's Clean Core Strategy by creating robust, scalable, and secure extensions.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing enterprise applications using the SAP RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP), including Business Objects, CDS Data Models, and Service Definitions. You will also develop cloud-compliant enhancements for ABAP Cloud, Embedded Steampunk, and the SAP BTP ABAP Environment, adhering to SAP Clean Core principles.

Furthermore, you will create advanced CDS Views, OData V4 Services, and REST APIs, optimizing database performance with SAP HANA capabilities. Your role extends to designing and developing side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP, integrating with various SAP modules and non-SAP applications, and developing user-friendly SAP Fiori applications.

Ensuring security and compliance through robust authorization concepts and secure development practices is paramount. You will also be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting solution design workshops, preparing technical documentation, and supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare phases, while mentoring junior developers.

We are seeking a seasoned SAP BTP Consultant with advanced proficiency in RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP), ABAP Cloud Development, and SAP BTP Application Development. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering is required.

Your technical expertise should encompass managed and unmanaged RAP scenarios, draft-enabled applications, and approval workflows. You must be adept at developing solutions using ABAP Cloud, Embedded Steampunk, and the SAP BTP ABAP Environment, ensuring alignment with SAP's Clean Core strategy.

Essential skills include the ability to develop advanced CDS Views, OData V4 Services, and REST APIs, along with experience in SAP Fiori Elements and SAP UI5 development. A strong understanding of security protocols like IAM, Role Collections, and XSUAA, coupled with experience in integration using SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and various API types, is crucial. Project management skills, including requirement gathering, solution design, documentation, and testing support, are also vital for this role.
