Lead SAP BTP and AI solution implementation projects and workstreams. Develop scalable, integrated architectures for complex enterprise landscapes. Evaluate and define platform strategies including BTP, hyperscalers, open source, and hybrid approaches. Design and manage agent-based AI workflows, focusing on orchestration, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop processes. Oversee proof-of-concepts, demos, and pilot implementations. Create target visions, roadmaps, and migration strategies from legacy systems. Provide expert advice to clients on critical technology decisions. Coach team members and ensure high-quality implementation delivery.

Hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. Possess at least 6 years of relevant consulting experience with SAP BTP, cloud, or software development. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP BTP capabilities, including CAP, Integration Suite, and AI Core. Exhibit strong programming skills and experience with modern development methodologies. Have practical experience implementing AI/GenAI applications within an enterprise setting. Possess extensive experience with integration architectures and complex system landscapes; familiarity with hyperscaler ecosystems and hybrid architectures is essential. Proven experience leading project teams, including client-facing roles, combining technical depth with business acumen. Skilled in efficient resource planning and motivational leadership. Exhibit excellent communication and leadership abilities. Capable of understanding and conveying complex issues in both German and English.
