As a Manager of SAP BPA, you will design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using SAP Build Process Automation. This includes developing approval workflows, business rules, process forms, and task management solutions. You will automate processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, and Shared Services. A key part of this role involves designing and deploying RPA bots to automate repetitive activities such as invoice processing and vendor onboarding. You will also analyze current-state business processes, identify automation opportunities, conduct process assessments, and develop automation roadmaps. Integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, and other SAP and non-SAP systems is crucial. You will develop extensions using SAP Build Apps and SAP Build Work Zone, ensuring secure and compliant automation solutions with robust governance frameworks. Project responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, conducting workshops, preparing design documents, supporting testing phases, and providing production support and training.

We are seeking an experienced SAP BPA Consultant with advanced expertise in SAP Build Process Automation and SAP Business Technology Platform. A strong background in workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), process visibility, and low-code/no-code application development is essential. Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise automation solutions, integrating SAP and non-SAP systems, and driving digital transformation initiatives is required. Familiarity with SAP Signavio tools, SAP Work Zone, CAPM, SAP Fiori/UI5, and Generative AI integration is preferred. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering is mandatory. You should possess strong business process knowledge in areas like Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are vital for this role.
