Lead SAP Ariba Sourcing initiatives, including implementation, rollouts, and enhancements, driving strategic sourcing and procurement transformation.

Manage Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes, focusing on strategic sourcing, supplier collaboration, and process standardization.

Configure and support SAP Ariba Sourcing modules for RFx events, bid analysis, and award processes.

Orchestrate end-to-end sourcing events, encompassing RFI, RFP, RFQ, e-Auctions, and supplier negotiations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define sourcing strategies, category management, and supplier engagement models.

Design and implement supplier collaboration frameworks to boost participation, compliance, and transparency.

Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and perform Fit-Gap assessments for solution design.

Support SAP Ariba integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Business Network, and third-party systems.

Configure sourcing templates, approval workflows, questionnaires, and scoring mechanisms.

Oversee testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production support activities.

Partner with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT.

Drive initiatives focused on spend optimization, sourcing efficiency, and value realization.

Provide functional expertise, advisory support, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Minimum of 6-10 years of SAP Ariba consulting experience, with a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing and procurement transformation.

Demonstrated success in implementing and supporting SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions in global procurement settings.

Expertise in Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes, strategic sourcing, supplier lifecycle management, and procurement best practices.

Hands-on experience managing RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, e-Auctions, bid evaluations, negotiations, and award processes.

Solid understanding of supplier collaboration, qualification, performance management, and sourcing governance.

Proven ability to configure SAP Ariba Sourcing projects, templates, workflows, and scoring models.

Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Business Network, and other relevant platforms.

Familiarity with procurement transformation, process standardization, compliance, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle, category management, spend management, and supplier relationship management.

Experience in testing, data migration, deployment planning, cutover, and Hypercare support.

Exceptional analytical, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, IT, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is required.

Experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Automotive, or Energy sectors is advantageous.
