Lead Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation technical workstreams, focusing on ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP. Design and develop complex SAP applications using RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, and APIs. Architect scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business needs and S/4HANA standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Develop and support custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and integration components. Drive technical design reviews, code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards. Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and go-live activities. Enhance SAP Fiori applications and leverage SAP BTP for innovative solutions. Prepare technical documentation and provide technical leadership and mentorship.

A minimum of 7 years of extensive SAP ABAP development experience, with a strong command of SAP S/4HANA technologies. Proven success in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, including at least one full end-to-end project lifecycle. Deep expertise in ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP is essential. Hands-on experience with RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, and APIs is required. Proficiency in object-oriented ABAP, enhancement frameworks, BAdIs, user exits, RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, and integration technologies is critical. Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting complex SAP landscapes is expected. Ability to design secure, scalable, and maintainable SAP solutions adhering to SAP Clean Core principles is a must. Experience collaborating with functional teams and business users to translate requirements into technical designs is necessary. A solid understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, testing, cutover, and go-live support is required. Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers, along with strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, are essential.
