Opportunity for a seasoned Manager to spearhead SAP ABAP delivery across diverse engagements, including implementations, rollouts, and ongoing support. This role involves shaping technical solutions and ensuring seamless execution.

Drive the technical architecture and development strategy for SAP programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise standards. You will manage the complete lifecycle of SAP technical objects.

Focus on SAP S/4HANA initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP. Collaborate closely with functional teams across various SAP modules to architect robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, creating technical designs, and overseeing development to uphold SAP best practices. You'll also conduct design reviews, code quality checks, and security compliance audits.

Lead SAP ABAP delivery for implementations, rollouts, migrations, enhancements, and AMS projects, ensuring quality and timeliness. Drive technical solution architecture and development strategy, aligning with business objectives. Manage end-to-end delivery of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows). Lead SAP S/4HANA development using ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, RAP, and Embedded Analytics. Collaborate with MM, SD, FICO, PP, EWM, HCM, Ariba, Retail, and other modules for scalable technical solutions. Review business requirements, prepare technical designs, and ensure adherence to SAP development standards. Conduct technical design reviews, code quality assessments, and security compliance reviews. Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical SAP application issues. Lead SAP integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Services, IDocs, RFCs, ALE, and SAP CPI/Integration Suite. Support SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, upgrade, and custom code remediation. Manage project planning, estimation, resource allocation, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication. Participate in client workshops, architecture reviews, and governance forums. Lead, mentor, and develop SAP ABAP consultants and technical teams. Manage production support escalations and critical incidents.

Requires 9-12 years of extensive SAP ABAP development experience, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA technologies. A minimum of 3 years' experience leading SAP technical teams and managing workstreams is essential. Proficiency in Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), ALV Reports, Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Workflows, Enhancement Framework, BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, and ALE is mandatory. Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA development tools like CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, RAP Framework, and Embedded Analytics. Solid understanding of SAP technical architecture, development lifecycle management, and application design principles. Hands-on experience integrating SAP applications via REST APIs, SOAP Services, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, IDocs, and other enterprise integration frameworks. Experience in leading technical estimations, solution architecture reviews, delivery planning, project governance, and quality assurance. Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, Business Application Studio (BAS), SAP Build, and SAP Integration Suite is beneficial. Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration, transformation, RISE with SAP, and custom code remediation projects. Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD, Git, and automation frameworks is highly desirable. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, presentation, and team management skills are crucial. Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
