Lead SAP ABAP delivery across various project phases including implementation, rollout, migration, and ongoing support. This role involves driving technical solution architecture and development strategies to meet business objectives and enterprise standards, ensuring high-quality and timely project execution. You will manage the complete lifecycle of SAP technical objects, from design to delivery.

Focus on SAP S/4HANA development using modern technologies like ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, RAP, and Embedded Analytics. Collaborate closely with functional and business teams across diverse SAP modules to craft scalable and efficient technical solutions. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, preparing technical designs, and ensuring adherence to SAP development best practices and standards.

Key activities include conducting technical design and code quality reviews, ensuring security compliance, and managing development governance. You will also be responsible for performance optimization, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis of critical issues, and leading SAP integrations via various enterprise technologies. Support for SAP S/4HANA transformations, migrations, and custom code remediation is also a core part of this role.

Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP technical objects (RICEFW), driving SAP S/4HANA development initiatives using ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, RAP, and Embedded Analytics. Collaborate with MM, SD, FICO, PP, EWM, HCM, Ariba, Retail, and other SAP modules to design scalable technical solutions.

Review business requirements, prepare technical designs, and oversee development activities, ensuring adherence to SAP development standards and best practices. Conduct technical design reviews, code quality assessments, and security compliance reviews. Drive performance optimization, technical troubleshooting, and resolution of critical SAP application issues.

Lead SAP integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Services, IDocs, RFCs, ALE, SAP CPI/Integration Suite. Support SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, upgrade, and custom code remediation. Manage project planning, estimation, resource allocation, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication. Lead, mentor, and develop SAP ABAP consultants and technical teams.

A minimum of 9-12 years of extensive SAP ABAP development experience is essential, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA technologies. Require at least 3 years of experience in leading SAP technical teams and managing technical workstreams. Proficient in ABAP Programming, Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), ALV Reports, Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Workflows, Enhancement Framework, BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, and ALE.

Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA development tools including CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, RAP Framework, and Embedded Analytics. Solid understanding of SAP technical architecture, development lifecycle management, and application design principles. Experience integrating SAP applications using REST APIs, SOAP Services, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, IDocs, and enterprise integration frameworks.

Demonstrated experience in leading technical estimations, solution architecture reviews, delivery planning, project governance, and quality assurance. Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, Business Application Studio, SAP Build, and SAP Integration Suite. Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration, transformation, RISE with SAP, and custom code remediation is beneficial. Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation frameworks is highly desirable. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and team leadership skills are required. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments is expected.
