Candidates should possess a graduate degree in Science or Engineering from premier institutes and have 7-10 years of robust SAP ABAP development experience. Essential hands-on expertise includes Object-Oriented ABAP, ABAP on SAP HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and the RAP model. Proficiency in various enhancement techniques, API integrations, forms development (SmartForms, Adobe Forms), and performance optimization on SAP HANA are critical. A solid understanding of SAP development standards, transport management, and the software development lifecycle is required.
