Join our team as a Manager specializing in SAP ABAP in Bengaluru. This role is within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, focusing on enterprise technology that drives functional excellence and innovation. We are seeking experienced professionals to contribute to cutting-edge SAP solutions.

This position offers the opportunity to work on SAP BTP-based developments and explore side-by-side extension patterns. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust API and interface solutions, collaborating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and external systems. Effective vendor coordination and integration touchpoint creation will be key aspects of this role.

Translate intricate client requirements into dependable and scalable technical solutions. Lead and mentor small technical teams, ensuring high-quality delivery through thorough code and design reviews. Drive the adoption of SAP BTP developments and side-by-side extension patterns. Develop and manage APIs and interfaces for seamless integration with 3PL and external systems. Oversee vendor coordination and establish critical integration touchpoints. Champion best practices in SAP development and ensure adherence to quality standards.

A minimum of 11 to 15 years of comprehensive SAP technical development experience, with a strong emphasis on S/4HANA implementations. Demonstrate robust hands-on expertise in RAP development, including proficiency in CDS views, behaviour definitions, service definitions/bindings, and OData services. Possess a solid track record in custom object development, technical specification creation, unit testing, FUT support, and defect resolution. Exhibit a deep understanding of Clean Core principles and SAP's recommended extensibility methodologies. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc (I.T), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
