DSA Auto and Auto Components is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Manager to lead development, technical delivery, and support initiatives. This role requires a strong background in SAP ABAP, coupled with proven team management and high-quality solution delivery capabilities.

The position involves overseeing the entire SAP development lifecycle, from technical design and development to code reviews, performance tuning, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring functional excellence within our enterprise technology landscape.

Lead and manage SAP ABAP development teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of technical solutions. Analyze business requirements, translating them into robust technical specifications and solution designs. Oversee development, enhancement, testing, and maintenance of SAP applications. Provide technical leadership in SAP ABAP, covering RICEF, and various interface programming techniques. Manage code reviews, enforce coding standards, and conduct performance tuning for optimal results. Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams. Drive SAP development activities across diverse projects, including implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure prompt resolution of production incidents. Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, deliverables, and technical risks proactively.

A graduate degree is required for this role. Possess 8-10 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders. Proficiency in SAP ABAP technical skills including RICEF, CDS, AMDP, ODATA, RAP, and Interface Programming. Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP development teams. Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication. Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and comprehensive solution designs.
