As a Manager in our Cyber: Identity Team, you will cultivate positive working relationships with colleagues and clients, consistently aiming to surpass expectations.

Key responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing the architecture for decommissioning legacy applications. - Developing and configuring Saviynt solutions to align with client requirements. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs. - Implementing identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt. - Creating custom connectors and integrating with third-party systems. - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Essential qualifications include: - Proven implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Deep expertise in IAM concepts, workflows, connectors, and integration. - Demonstrated ability to design, develop, test, and deploy SailPoint solutions. - Familiarity with Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, Active Directory (AD), and SQL is advantageous. - Exceptional communication and client-facing abilities. - A B.E./B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
