Join a leading global finance transformation program as an IT Project Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the successful implementation of finance systems, data, reporting, planning, and analytics initiatives for a multinational FMCG organization. You will ensure seamless alignment across business, finance, IT, and external partners, making a significant impact on enterprise technology and functional excellence.

Spearhead key workstreams within the global Finance Transformation Program, managing project plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include leading projects, developing detailed project schedules, managing scope and deliverables, and ensuring alignment with program objectives. You will also support critical finance transformation areas such as Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Management Reporting, and Master Data Management. Effective communication and coordination with Finance, IT, Business Functions, and external partners are essential.

A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is required, with an MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification being highly preferred. Candidates should possess 7-10 years of IT Project Management experience, with a strong track record in delivering Finance or ERP transformation projects in global, multinational settings. Proven ability to manage international stakeholders across diverse regions and time zones is crucial. Essential competencies include robust project planning, scope management, risk and issue resolution, vendor coordination, and exceptional stakeholder management, team coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
