Lead comprehensive reviews and provide expert insights on control descriptions, standards, frameworks, and taxonomies, including risk environments and Non-Financial Risk (NFR) frameworks. Collaborate with Control Owners, Risk Stewards, and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to implement control enhancement opportunities. Maintain the Risk & Control inventory and align with global teams on control standards and definitions. Support remediation activities by engaging with stakeholders to address insights from specialist teams. Distribute team workload, ensure quality, and mentor junior members to foster internal expertise and continuity. Drive a proactive risk management framework through enhanced reporting and analytics, preparing management reports, dashboards, and program updates.

We seek cybersecurity professionals experienced in Cyber Risk, Security Controls, Cyber Capability Development, and Security Technology Enablement to contribute to cybersecurity transformation initiatives. The role requires assessing cybersecurity capabilities, evaluating control effectiveness, identifying improvement areas, and supporting strategic efforts to boost cyber resilience, governance, and security maturity enterprise-wide. You will collaborate with senior cybersecurity, technology, risk, and business stakeholders to convert cybersecurity priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required. Familiarity with risk and security requirements management, process and control assessments, RTM and compliance validation, Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, digital banking transformation, RCSA and risk mitigation, control validation, UAT, and core banking integrations is essential.
