Join Deloitte's Cyber Strategy & Transformation team in Bengaluru as a Manager in Risk Management. This role focuses on helping organizations enhance their cybersecurity posture and manage cyber risks effectively.

Lead and conduct reviews, providing subject matter expertise on control descriptions, standards, frameworks, and taxonomies. Engage with stakeholders to implement control enhancement opportunities and maintain the Risk & Control inventory.

Manage application risk and governance, track vulnerabilities, and coordinate with security, risk, and QA teams. Monitor and update governance documentation, and manage requirements for application enhancements and upgrades.

Create epics and user stories in JIRA for feature implementation, coordinate with internal teams for enhancements, and own multiple product modules. Develop a half-yearly roadmap and respond to product queries from stakeholders.

We are seeking cybersecurity professionals with experience in Cyber Risk, Security Controls, Cyber Capability Development, and Security Technology Enablement to support cybersecurity transformation initiatives.

This role involves assessing cybersecurity capabilities, evaluating control effectiveness, identifying improvement areas, and supporting initiatives to boost enterprise cyber resilience, governance, and security maturity. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate cybersecurity priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required for this position.
