As a Manager in Risk & Control, you will be instrumental in helping entities navigate complex risks and uncover new avenues for value creation. Our end-to-end risk services cover strategic risk management, board oversight, financial and environmental policies, and cyber threat mitigation.

You will be involved in diverse actuarial areas including valuation, business planning, financial reporting, pricing, and experience analysis. A specialization in ALS modelling is also an option. Your responsibilities will include technically challenging model owners, clear communication with senior stakeholders, and independent management of your work, with oversight from a senior team member. This role requires effective liaison with business stakeholders to understand specific model requirements and contribute to governance and monitoring efforts.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience. Essential competencies include strong quantitative and statistical skills, with prior experience in CCR or market risk. Proven experience in risk model validation is crucial, alongside excellent oral and written communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to manage multiple priorities, especially under pressure. Proficiency in Prophet software is required. A commitment to the highest standards of personal integrity, professional conduct, and ethics is expected. Excellent inter-personal skills for briefing, de-briefing, and presenting to senior management are also key.
