As a Manager in Risk Consulting, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver exceptional client services. This includes conducting thorough internal audits, evaluating internal controls, and performing risk-based process reviews within TMT and manufacturing environments.

You will be instrumental in the design and evaluation of control environments, particularly with IFC, ICOFR, and SOX frameworks. Utilizing risk analytics, you will identify control gaps, assess vulnerabilities, and develop strategic mitigation plans. Your responsibilities will also encompass process design, control transformation, and strengthening overall governance and operational effectiveness.

Client delivery is a key aspect of this role, demanding strong project management skills, team leadership, and effective mentorship to guide junior consultants.

To excel in this role, a strong foundation in risk consulting is essential. You should possess deep expertise in internal audit, internal controls, and risk-based process reviews, with a preference for experience within TMT or manufacturing sectors. Hands-on experience with IFC, ICOFR, and SOX frameworks, including their design and evaluation, is crucial.

Proficiency in risk analytics is required to identify control gaps and vulnerabilities, supporting the development of mitigation strategies. Skills in process design, control transformation, and a proven track record in client delivery for consulting engagements are vital. Experience in managing and mentoring teams will be highly regarded.

Academically, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), CA, or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is preferred, alongside a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/General disciplines. A Certification in Data Analytics is also beneficial. Demonstrable experience in Data Analysis (2+ years), Project Management (6+ years), Business Analysis (3+ years), System Design (5+ years), and Artificial Intelligence (3+ years) is expected.
