As a Manager in Risk Consulting, your key responsibilities will involve:

- Identifying and escalating potential red flags within engagements. - Preparing comprehensive reports, deliverables, and audit committee presentations. - Demonstrating proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently. - Applying technical expertise in data analytics, including tools like Access and ACL. - Proactively managing counselee assignments to ensure chargeability on engagements. - Maintaining awareness of internal auditing standards as issued by the IIA and ICAI. - Assessing internal control frameworks, testing design and operational effectiveness, and developing risk remediation strategies. - Performing and interpreting gap analyses, with experience in Enterprise Resource Management and related risk analysis.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- A qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or any graduate degree. - 4 to 7 years of dedicated experience in Internal Audit, with a specific focus on the Manufacturing sector. - Proven experience in assessing internal controls frameworks, including testing design and operational effectiveness. - Experience in developing risk remediation strategies and performing gap analyses. - Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Management, related risk analysis, process analytics, and business intelligence tools. - The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - A practical, problem-solving approach to deliver insightful and actionable solutions. - Agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and the capacity to maintain positive energy while adapting creatively to challenges.
