Lead comprehensive Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) engagements from planning to execution, ensuring quality and profitability. Assess end-to-end telecom revenue cycles, identifying leakage, fraud risks, and control weaknesses. Design and implement RAFM frameworks, operating models, and transformation roadmaps aligned with industry best practices. Oversee risk assessments and control evaluations, developing remediation plans for business, technology, and operational risks. Utilize data analytics tools like SQL, Excel, and Power BI to uncover patterns and anomalies. Evaluate and recommend RAFM technologies, including AI-enabled solutions. Manage client relationships across various functions, leading workshops and presentations. Mentor and develop multidisciplinary consulting teams, fostering their growth in RAFM and analytics. Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development and thought leadership.

We are seeking a Manager with 6-10 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, Telecom Consulting, Data Analytics, or Technology Risk. Proven experience in leading RAFM assessments, transformations, and analytics projects is essential. Candidates must demonstrate experience in managing project teams and delivering workstreams independently, alongside strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field is required. Professional certifications in relevant areas are advantageous. Key skills include a strong understanding of RAFM concepts, telecom architecture, and revenue flows. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and experience with RACM development and risk assessments are critical. Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills are necessary. Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks is preferred.
