Join our finance team as a Delivery Manager, a key role overseeing group financial reporting, consolidation, FP&A, and business partnering. This position offers a strategic platform to provide critical financial insights, ensure robust controls, and drive operational excellence across the organization. The role is based in Bengaluru's Eco space.

Key responsibilities include leading annual budgeting and forecasting, developing financial models, and monitoring business performance. You will deliver detailed management reporting, ensure financial control and compliance, and manage group consolidation processes using HFM. Additionally, you will drive financial controllership, support cash flow management, and act as a strategic business partner to stakeholders.

This role also involves leadership, including coaching and developing finance professionals, mentoring team members, and promoting automation and process improvement. You'll foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring financial stewardship throughout the organization.

We are seeking candidates with relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline, along with professional qualifications such as CA or CPA. A minimum of 8 years of relevant finance experience is required, with demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, group reporting, consolidation, and financial management. Experience with HFM is essential, alongside strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills are paramount.
