EY GDS is seeking a skilled Assistant Director – Recognition to lead and enhance recognition programs across global delivery services. This position focuses on the strategic ownership and operational governance of recognition programs, ensuring their effective design, delivery, and continuous improvement. Collaboration with various departments including Total Rewards, Talent, Finance, Payroll, Technology, and Procurement is key to delivering a consistent and positive employee experience while respecting local requirements.

Key responsibilities include the end-to-end administration and delivery of recognition programs, managing recognition platforms and driving technology enhancements for automation. You will design and execute engagement campaigns, manage program policies and governance, and oversee budget utilization. Collaboration with Payroll for award processing, developing dashboards and analytics, and supporting benefits initiatives are also crucial. The role involves extensive stakeholder management, cross-location program support, and driving continuous process improvements. Regular reporting of program insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders is expected.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required, along with a minimum of 12 years of experience, preferably in Total Rewards or a similar field, ideally at a Manager level. Successful candidates will be self-starters, eager learners, and strong team players, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for internal presentations and effective relationship management within a matrixed organization. The ability to network effectively and seek out information is highly valued.
