We are seeking a seasoned Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Manager with over 15 years of experience in global operations, transformation, and managed services. This pivotal role demands comprehensive expertise across the PTP lifecycle, including procurement, vendor management, invoice processing, payments, and expense management. A strong command of SAP (ECC/S4HANA) and SAP Concur is essential, alongside a proven track record in leading process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Strategic vision, exceptional stakeholder management, and a commitment to operational excellence are key requirements for this position.

- Oversee end-to-end PTP operations, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor queries, payments, and travel & expense management. - Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, KPIs, controls, and compliance mandates, leading month-end and year-end PTP close activities. - Act as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP ECC/S4HANA and SAP Concur, driving system optimization and collaborating with IT for issue resolution and user experience enhancement. - Manage and govern Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRIR) balances, partnering across departments to resolve aged items and implement preventive controls. - Lead initiatives for debit balance management and reconciliation, conducting root-cause analysis and collaborating with stakeholders for timely clearance. - Spearhead global transformation efforts focused on process standardization, centralization, shared services migration, and operating model design. - Identify and implement automation opportunities to boost productivity and service quality within PTP processes, establishing governance and benefit tracking. - Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing PTP teams, managing workload planning and supporting career development. - Build robust relationships with Finance Leadership, Procurement, Business Units, IT, and external vendors, presenting operational performance and risks to senior leadership.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - A minimum of 15 years of dedicated experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations. - Demonstrated success in managing comprehensive PTP processes within a global or shared services environment. - Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP Concur, and invoice automation platforms. - Proven ability to lead transformation, migration, and stabilization programs. - A solid understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks. - Preferred qualifications include an MBA, CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent, along with experience in Shared Services, GBS, or GCC environments, and familiarity with AI, Data Analytics, and Intelligent Automation.
