As a Technical Project Manager, you will spearhead end-to-end execution of intricate embedded software development programs. The position demands a robust blend of technical acumen, exceptional project leadership, adept stakeholder engagement, and proven agile delivery capabilities.

Ideal candidates possess extensive experience in managing embedded software projects, guiding cross-functional engineering teams, and consistently delivering embedded products and solutions that meet stringent quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Prior involvement with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), industrial control systems, or comparable embedded products would be a distinct advantage.

Take full ownership and drive the complete execution of embedded software development projects from inception to completion.

Lead comprehensive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery activities. Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality embedded software solutions. Drive critical technical reviews, uphold project governance standards, and maintain clear stakeholder communications.

Maintain and prioritize software backlogs in partnership with development teams, ensuring alignment with project goals. Create transparency around project progress, identify dependencies, and proactively address issues and risks.

Monitor project health using established Agile metrics and key delivery performance indicators (KPIs). Facilitate essential Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning activities.

Ensure a strong alignment between overarching business objectives and technical implementation strategies. Escalate and resolve critical project issues promptly to minimize impact.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and delivery processes. Coordinate effectively with customers, architects, product owners, and engineering leads throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Proven track record in managing complex embedded software development programs is essential.

Possess strong technical understanding of embedded systems, embedded software development principles, Embedded C programming, real-time systems, and industrial control systems.

Demonstrated experience working across the complete product development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.

Exhibit strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities, effectively guiding teams and influencing outcomes.

Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams is highly desirable.

Possess excellent communication, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills to foster collaboration and address challenges.

Strong risk management and program governance experience are critical for successful project oversight.

Experience managing projects involving Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) or similar industrial products is preferred.
