Join our Integrated Program Management Office (PMO) team in Mumbai as a Program Manager. You will play a crucial role in supporting disciplined planning, project controls, risk management, and integrated reporting. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with management and project teams to enhance project visibility, resolve execution challenges, and ensure timely delivery of critical projects.

The PMO team collaborates with EPC/EPCM contractors, OEMs, and consultants, fostering a coordinated approach to project execution. Your contributions will directly impact the success of large-scale industrial projects.

As a Program Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, conducting critical path analysis, and forecasting potential impacts. You'll meticulously monitor engineering, procurement, and construction milestones, reviewing contractor recovery plans against established baselines.

Your duties will include preparing comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking physical and financial progress, and managing project risks and issues. You will also oversee cost forecasting, variance analysis, and the tracking of long-lead equipment to ensure smooth project flow and stakeholder communication.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Mining, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or related). A Master’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, MBA, or Infrastructure Management is preferred. Prior experience in project controls, schedule management, and contractor coordination within industrial sectors such as mining, metals, oil & gas, or infrastructure is essential.

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and project reporting tools is required, alongside strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills. The ability to identify and resolve project bottlenecks in a multicultural environment is key to success in this role.
