This role is pivotal in driving product initiatives forward. You will lead the definition of features, creation of user stories, prioritization of the backlog, and detailed requirements gathering. Collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners is key to ensuring the successful delivery of product features using Agile methodologies. Your responsibilities will include managing stakeholder communications, identifying potential risks and opportunities, tracking essential product metrics, supporting governance processes, and providing regular updates to senior leadership to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

Lead feature definition, user story creation, backlog prioritization, and requirements gathering for product initiatives.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to ensure successful product delivery through Agile methodologies.

Manage stakeholder communication effectively, identifying risks and opportunities.

Maintain key product metrics, support governance processes, and provide regular updates to senior leadership to align with business objectives.

Requires 8 to 16 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or similar fields, with deep expertise in requirement gathering, user story creation, backlog management, feature planning, and Agile delivery.

Proven ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders, prioritize product initiatives, manage competing demands, and foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve successful business solution delivery.

Essential skills include strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, governance, and analytical capabilities, complemented by experience in tracking product performance metrics and managing risks, dependencies, and change requests.
