Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is seeking a dedicated professional to lead crucial project management initiatives. This position is integral to our Assurance function, ensuring high standards and fostering continuous improvement.

Lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project execution to ensure successful delivery. Oversee contractor performance, track progress, and proactively resolve issues that arise. Ensure strict adherence to approved project scope, schedule, and quality standards. Drive comprehensive client reporting and effectively coordinate with all stakeholders. Manage and mentor project teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) is essential, complemented by post-graduation from NICMAR or RICS. Requires 8 to 12 years of experience in PMC or project management within real estate development. Proven ability to lead project planning, coordination, and execution monitoring. Demonstrated success in overseeing contractor performance and resolving project issues. Strong experience in client reporting and stakeholder management is vital.
