Seeking an experienced Program Management professional to oversee and guide multiple project teams.

This role involves fostering strong stakeholder relationships and managing project risks effectively. The ideal candidate will be adept at mentoring teams in Agile methodologies and ensuring project success through clear progress visualization.

Key responsibilities include milestone planning, delivery updates, and team development across cross-functional areas. The ability to manage multiple teams and collaborate with international counterparts, particularly in North America and Canada, is essential.

Facilitate effective stakeholder collaboration to ensure alignment and buy-in.

Proactively identify and manage risks and conflicts within project timelines.

Mentor team members on Agile processes and best practices.

Visualize and report project/team progress and outcomes at various levels (Weekly, Sprint, Monthly, Quarterly).

Conduct milestone-level planning and provide timely delivery updates.

Train and develop team members in cross-functional areas.

Manage and lead multiple project teams concurrently.

Collaborate effectively with teams based in North America and Canada.

Proven experience in Program Management, similar to a Scrum Master role.

Demonstrated ability in stakeholder collaboration and conflict resolution.

Experience mentoring teams on Agile processes.

Proficiency in visualizing project progress through reporting.

Experience with milestone planning and delivery updates.

Capability to train and develop teams in cross-functional domains.

Ability to manage more than one team simultaneously.

Experience working with teams in North America (NA) and Canada.
