Serve as the central communication hub for all stakeholders, promoting seamless collaboration and ensuring project success.

Proactively monitor program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective corrective actions.

Mentor and develop junior program managers and team members, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Conduct thorough program reviews and retrospectives to capture valuable lessons learned and drive future improvements.

Uphold stringent quality standards and compliance requirements throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.

A proven track record of success in program management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

Expertise in Delivery Management, GIT, and Program Management principles is essential.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving ambitious program goals.

Strong experience in budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
