This role is for a seasoned Program Management Manager with at least 8 years of experience, focusing on Program and Release Management.

You will spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of diverse programs, ensuring they align seamlessly with overarching organizational objectives.

Lead and orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple programs, from initial planning through successful execution and final delivery. Oversee cross-functional teams, meticulously managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.

Implement and champion robust program management best practices, methodologies, and tools to refine processes and elevate delivery performance. Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaborative efforts for project success.

Proactively monitor program progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues with swift, effective corrective actions. Mentor and develop junior program managers and team members, cultivating a continuous improvement mindset. Conduct thorough program reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive future enhancements. Uphold stringent quality standards and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Program Management and Release Management is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.

Proven expertise in overseeing cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and optimizing resource utilization. Strong understanding and application of program management best practices and methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are critical. Experience in data-driven decision-making to enhance program outcomes. Familiarity with Delivery Management and GIT is required.
