This position is based in Hyderabad and is an integral part of our "Engineering as a Service/Operate" division, focusing on delivering exceptional product experiences.

Lead the design vision and execution for key product features, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.

Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data science teams to develop groundbreaking solutions.

Conduct thorough user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring a user-first approach.

Utilize data analytics to inform design decisions and drive continuous product improvement.

Oversee the implementation of designs with development and QA teams, guaranteeing high-fidelity execution and adherence to specifications.

Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and providing constructive feedback.

A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in UX and product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing digital products, ideally within eCommerce or similar B2C sectors.

Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies, coupled with proficiency in essential design tools like Figma and Photoshop.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, UX Pilot, and Figma Make, as well as experience with data analytics platforms like Amplitude.

Proven track record of leading design projects, mentoring junior talent, and conducting impactful user research.
