This role is for a Product/Service Design Manager focusing on consumer-facing digital platforms within an Engineering as a Service/Operate environment. The position involves leading design efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality, user-centered solutions.

A strong portfolio showcasing work on B2C digital products, particularly in eCommerce, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and proficiency in industry-standard design and AI tools.

Lead the design for key products and features within consumer digital platforms. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data science to tackle complex challenges. Conduct user research to gather feedback and refine designs based on user insights. Utilize data analytics to drive product improvements and iterations. Ensure seamless collaboration with developers and QA to maintain design integrity and functionality. Champion design consistency and quality across the entire product experience. Produce essential UX deliverables including storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces. Contribute to the advancement of design systems and best practices. Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback to foster design excellence.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX and product design is required. Demonstrate a robust portfolio featuring consumer-facing digital products, ideally within eCommerce or similar B2C sectors. Exhibit a strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Proficiency with design software such as Figma and Photoshop is crucial. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, UX Pilot, and Figma Make is expected. Experience utilizing data analytics tools like Amplitude or similar platforms is necessary. Proven experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior team members. Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and integrate findings into design solutions.
