As a Product Control Manager, you will execute critical financial control activities. This includes conducting P&L reviews, trade reconciliations, and ledger reconstruction across various financial systems. A key focus will be on understanding and accounting for derivatives, particularly Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), and analyzing key financial metrics like MTM. You'll also investigate and resolve P&L and accounting discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

We are seeking individuals with a strong command of Product Control and financial accounting principles. Demonstrated experience with derivatives, especially Interest Rate Derivatives (IRS), is essential. A solid understanding of GL processes, journal entries, and debit/credit mechanics is required. Candidates should be proficient in analyzing P&L, MTM, off-balance-sheet items, and position reconciliations. Exceptional analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving capabilities are crucial for success in this role.
