Join our dynamic Real Estate and Infrastructure team as a Manager, focusing on Procurement and Internal Audit within the bustling city of Mumbai. This role involves supporting leading stakeholders in the real estate sector, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and delivery of complex projects. You will be instrumental in establishing robust project governance and monitoring frameworks throughout the project lifecycle, with a keen eye on schedule, cost, contracts, procurement, and risk management.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing and supporting PMO and project monitoring engagements for residential real estate projects from planning through handover. This includes reviewing master project schedules, construction programmes, and critical paths, while monitoring actual progress against baselines to identify and address delays. You'll also oversee project budgets, track contracts and procurement activities, monitor design development, and ensure construction progress across various work packages. Managing risk, issue, and action trackers, along with preparing comprehensive project dashboards and reports, will be key. You will also coordinate with various stakeholders, facilitate project review meetings, and guide junior team members.

We are seeking candidates with a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, ideally complemented by a postgraduate qualification in Construction/Project Management. Essential experience includes residential real estate, project management, project monitoring, PMC, project controls, or construction advisory. A strong grasp of the residential project lifecycle, project planning, cost monitoring, contracts, procurement, risk management, and project governance is crucial. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, along with advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, report-writing, and presentation skills, coupled with strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, are vital for success in this role.
