This Manager role focuses on building and scaling the procurement organization within India, specifically for IT Procurement and Strategic Sourcing. You will operate within a client ecosystem, aiming to exceed expectations and establish best-in-class practices.

This position offers the opportunity to define the operating model, develop a capability roadmap, and build a high-performing procurement team. You will be instrumental in implementing procurement policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and standardized processes, alongside deploying essential procurement systems and analytics dashboards.

Oversee comprehensive sourcing strategies across Technology, including cloud, infrastructure, software licensing, SaaS, telecom, and cybersecurity.

Lead initiatives for IT infrastructure, end-user computing, data centers, networks, and managed services. Drive sourcing for technology professional services, consulting, and enterprise applications.

Manage all aspects of technology sourcing, from RFIs and RFPs to complex commercial negotiations. Foster supplier consolidation and build long-term value partnerships. Develop and maintain a robust technology supplier ecosystem.

Lead supplier selection, onboarding, performance management, and development. Negotiate contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and commercial frameworks. Champion vendor innovation, third-party risk management, and technology governance.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Technology is required; an MBA is preferred. Candidates should possess 12-15 years of experience in IT Procurement, Technology Sourcing, or Vendor Management.

A proven track record in leading technology procurement transformations and optimization initiatives is essential. Experience within multinational, GCC, or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.

Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling procurement organizations is critical. Strong expertise in software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, and cybersecurity procurement is expected. Proficiency in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, software licensing, and vendor management is a must.

Requires a deep understanding of enterprise technology procurement and commercial models, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills and executive presence. An analytical mindset focused on cost, efficiency, and value delivery is also key. Experience with procurement tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or ServiceNow is beneficial.
