As a Functional Lead for Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud, you will be instrumental in architecting, implementing, and refining Oracle SCM Cloud solutions to enhance enterprise supply chain operations.

This role involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to develop robust solutions, optimize supply chain workflows, and ensure the successful deployment of Oracle Cloud technologies. The focus is on driving operational efficiency and fostering user adoption.

You will be part of the Enterprise Technology & Performance team, which drives functional excellence and innovation for long-term growth.

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Logistics domains.

Conduct workshops to gather functional requirements from supply chain stakeholders and prepare detailed functional design documents and configuration specifications.

Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, production deployments, and validation of Oracle Cloud releases.

Configure core Oracle SCM Cloud modules such as Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Product Information Management (PIM), Order Management, Shipping, and Cost Management.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
