Join a leading enterprise technology team as a Program Manager and Functional Consultant for Power Platform solutions. This role focuses on enhancing enterprise reporting and analytics services, leveraging Power BI and Azure data platforms. You will be instrumental in driving functional excellence, innovation, and long-term growth for the organization.

Your expertise will be key in leading the delivery and continuous improvement of a critical reporting and analytics service. The position requires robust PMO discipline, exceptional communication, meticulous quality assurance, and adept stakeholder management. Domain knowledge in security reporting is a plus.

Provide comprehensive program and PMO leadership, encompassing planning, governance, dependency tracking, and milestone reporting.

Establish and manage PMO functions, including governance cadence, status reporting, risk/issue management, resource tracking, and stage-gate controls.

Lead the analytics and reporting delivery roadmap, coordinating efforts across Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure SQL.

Serve as the main liaison for senior stakeholders and steering committees, translating performance data into clear executive reports.

Drive change management initiatives, planning, communicating, and embedding new processes and tools with minimal disruption.

Manage the continuous improvement backlog, focusing on service upliftment and automation within the reporting estate.

Ensure consistent delivery quality, SLA adherence, and KPI achievement, conducting root-cause analysis for any deviations.

Coordinate delivery for the cyber-security reporting portfolio, aligning solutions with stakeholder needs.

A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience is required, with a proven track record in program management/PMO and hands-on analytics.

Essential experience includes engaging senior/executive stakeholders and leading change initiatives.

Specific experience requirements include 7+ years in program management/PMO, 4+ years in data & analytics delivery with Power BI and Azure data platform exposure, and 2+ years leading change management.

A strong foundation in PMO discipline, excellent communication skills, and rigorous quality assurance are vital.

Proficiency with the Azure data estate (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake) and hands-on Power BI experience are necessary.

Demonstrable change management experience and a formal program/project certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience are expected.

Awareness of cyber-security domains and reporting is highly beneficial, as is familiarity with relevant cyber-security tooling.
