Join our dynamic team as a Manager, Power Platform Functional Consultant. This role is pivotal in driving the delivery and ongoing enhancement of an enterprise reporting and analytics service. You will leverage your strong program management, PMO, and analytics expertise to ensure functional excellence and foster innovation. The service primarily utilizes Power BI, supported by an Azure data estate, and is crucial for a cyber-security reporting portfolio. Domain knowledge in security reporting is a valuable asset.

This position requires a strategic leader adept at managing complex projects, ensuring rigorous quality, and cultivating strong relationships with business stakeholders. You'll be instrumental in translating technical delivery into clear, executive-level insights and driving continuous service improvement through automation and adoption strategies.

Lead end-to-end program delivery and PMO functions, including meticulous planning, governance, dependency tracking, and milestone reporting. Establish and manage robust PMO disciplines such as governance cadences, status reporting, risk management, and resource allocation.

Oversee the analytics and reporting delivery roadmap, orchestrating efforts across data engineering and Power BI workstreams. Serve as the key liaison for senior stakeholders and steering committees, presenting delivery performance and analytics insights effectively.

Spearhead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools. Manage the continuous improvement backlog, driving service upliftment and automation within the reporting environment. Ensure consistent delivery quality, meet SLAs and KPIs, and conduct root-cause analysis for any deviations. Coordinate activities for the cyber-security reporting portfolio, aligning with security stakeholder needs.

A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience is required, featuring a proven track record in program management/PMO and hands-on analytics. Essential skills include extensive experience engaging senior executives and leading change initiatives.

Demonstrated expertise in program management/PMO for over 7 years, covering governance, RAID, roadmaps, and enterprise-scale delivery. Possess at least 4 years of experience delivering data and analytics projects, with substantial exposure to Power BI and Azure data platforms. A minimum of 2 years leading change management across processes, tools, or operational methods is also necessary.

Strong PMO discipline is critical, encompassing governance, dependency management, status reporting, and stage-gate control. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, including the ability to produce executive-quality reports and presentations. Proficient coordination skills are needed to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies effectively to meet deadlines. A rigorous quality assurance mindset, coupled with confident business stakeholder management, is paramount.
