Take ownership of solution architecture across Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio. Administer tenant governance using the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit, including inventory, compliance, and capacity management. Design and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies at both environment and tenant levels. Define and enforce the Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process, including solution strategy and environment topology. Oversee release governance, versioning, and deployment plans. Manage Dataflows and Power Query logic for data integration. Build end-to-end Copilot Studio agents and lead RPA delivery using Power Automate Desktop. Design integrations with SAP, SharePoint, and enterprise APIs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage delivery pods, tracking adoption metrics and executive reporting.

Drive GenAI adoption by identifying automation opportunities and building reusable assets to quantify efficiency gains.

We are looking for deep expertise in the Power Platform, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse data modeling, Adaptive Cards, and custom connectors. Proven experience with Power Platform CoE Starter Kit deployment and administration is essential. You should have a strong background in designing and administering DLP policies at scale, with a solid understanding of connector classification and impact assessment. Demonstrable ALM ownership, including solutions, pipelines, environment strategy, and multi-environment promotion, is required. Proficiency in Dataflows and Power Query for Dataverse-backed data integration is key. Experience with Copilot Studio agent design, deployment, and Power Automate Desktop/RPA at production scale is necessary. You will need integration experience with REST and SOAP APIs, SharePoint, and Office Scripts, alongside scripting skills in PowerShell, PAC CLI, and Power Platform admin PowerShell modules. Excellent client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills are vital.
