Lead end-to-end development lifecycle for enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Power Automate Desktop.

Architect scalable integrations with key systems like SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and relevant Azure services. Translate complex business needs into robust solution architectures, detailed estimates, and comprehensive delivery plans.

Oversee ALM processes, environment strategy, solution packaging, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub. Ensure strict adherence to security, governance, DLP, access control, and performance standards.

Manage delivery teams, including work allocation, technical reviews, developer mentorship, and risk mitigation, ensuring high-quality, timely project completion. Drive adoption of advanced Power Platform features like Copilot Studio and AI Builder.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, client workshops, and pre-sales activities. Lead testing, defect resolution, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power BI. Possess proven experience in solution architecture, data modeling, and integrating APIs and connectors with Microsoft 365 or SharePoint Online.

Have a solid understanding of ALM, environment management, managed solutions, deployment strategies, CI/CD, Azure DevOps/GitHub, security, governance, and DLP concepts.

Showcase experience in leading technical teams, managing estimates, work allocation, reviews, risk management, quality assurance, release management, and production support. Strong analytical, client-facing communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and Agile delivery skills are essential.

Beneficial to have exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Pages, RPA, PCF, JavaScript, JSON, PowerShell, PAC CLI, or Azure services. Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure are a plus.
