Architect and execute scalable, next-generation Trust and Safety strategies for Ads and Shopping policy implementation and communications across diverse business areas. Focus areas include high-risk user harm, scams, elections, personalized ads, business growth enablement, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives by cultivating key relationships with senior stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Customer Support, Legal, PR, and Public Policy. Influence policy roadmaps, manage policy updates, and oversee large-scale programs, demonstrating strong influence without direct authority.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential.
Possess 13 years of comprehensive experience in data analytics, cybersecurity, program management, business strategy, technology research, anti-abuse, or policy.
Include a minimum of 5 years of experience in people management, including leading teams, hiring, mentoring, and retaining talent across global locations.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's or PhD in a relevant field, proficiency in stakeholder management and executive influence, and advanced AI fluency. Understanding of key internet policy issues like misinformation and online safety is highly valued.
