Join Deloitte as a Manager in our centralized PMO capability, driving standardized project management support across numerous engagements. This pivotal role focuses on architecting scalable PMO services, establishing robust governance frameworks, and defining PMO strategy. You will refine enterprise metrics, identify automation opportunities, and spearhead continuous improvements in delivery operations.

Collaboration is key as you work closely with Delivery Leaders, Project Managers, Account Leadership, Finance, Quality, and Operations teams. Your efforts will ensure consistent PMO process execution, allowing project teams to concentrate on successful delivery.

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the firm’s centralized PMO as a Service (PMOaaS) model.

Develop and execute a comprehensive PMO strategy and roadmap to elevate service offerings, boost organizational PMO maturity, and foster operational excellence.

Define and standardize PMO processes, governance, templates, KPIs, and reporting across diverse projects and accounts.

Create enterprise-level dashboards for leadership insights into portfolio performance, financial metrics, and operational trends.

Drive process optimization and automation initiatives using tools like Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and ServiceNow to boost efficiency.

Partner with key stakeholders to ensure unified PMO practices and governance across all engagements.

Lead and mentor a team of PMO Analysts, overseeing work allocation, quality, and capability development.

Identify and implement PMO best practices and innovative service offerings to enhance maturity.

Monitor PMO service performance and stakeholder satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.

A strong foundation in PMO governance, portfolio management, project reporting, and delivery operations is essential.

Proficiency is required in Power BI, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and various automation tools. Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, leadership, and process improvement capabilities are crucial.

Candidates should possess 8-12 years of experience in PMO, Delivery Operations, or Consulting, with a proven track record supporting multiple concurrent projects.

A strong background in reporting and analytics, alongside experience implementing standardized governance frameworks, is highly valued. Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, and AI-enabled productivity tools is preferred. Professional certifications such as PMP or ITIL are advantageous but not mandatory.
