Seeking an accomplished professional to drive critical projects within Artificial Intelligence & Data, focusing on AI Insights & Engagement. This role is pivotal for program success and requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing large-scale initiatives.

The position involves leading business change investment, prioritization, and planning, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. A key aspect is supporting operating model transformation through meticulous process documentation and definition of future states.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive AS-IS operational process analysis across various functions and regions to pinpoint inefficiencies and risks.

You will also support future-state process design and operational transformation initiatives, facilitate workshops with operations teams and stakeholders, and define essential business requirements and operational capabilities.

Collaboration with technology, product, and operations teams for implementing target-state solutions, alongside support for implementation, testing, and transition activities, will be integral to this role.

A minimum of 7 to 11 years of Business Analysis experience in Banking and Financial Services is essential. Candidates should possess a strong background in Banking Operations Business Analysis, with demonstrable experience in process mapping, re-engineering, and operational transformation.

Proficiency in performing gap analysis and future-state solutioning is required, complemented by excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Experience in documenting business processes and operating procedures is also a prerequisite.

Preferred qualifications include experience in Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Commercial Lending, or Cards Operations, alongside a background in supporting large-scale transformation programs and knowledge of target operating model concepts.
