As a Manager in Private Equity, you will engage across the entire deal cycle, from pre-deal phases to portfolio optimization and fund strategy. Collaborate within an international team of tech specialists to shape technology-driven investment decisions for premier private equity investors.

Lead and execute tech due diligence, assessing technology's impact on investment theses, risk profiles, and value potential. Analyze application landscapes, software architectures, technical AI capabilities, product and tech organizations, and digital business models, translating findings into actionable deal implications. Identify and quantify value-enhancement levers, such as AI strategies, scaling, platform strategies, and tech transformation. Develop and implement concrete execution plans with clients post-transaction, including Full Potential Plans, carve-outs, and post-merger integrations. Engage with C-level stakeholders (deal teams, operating partners, CFO, CTO, CIO) as a trusted advisor. Manage internal and external project teams, ensuring fast, precise, and decision-oriented execution in dynamic transaction environments. Contribute to the growth and development of our PIPE Practice.

Possess a degree in (Business) Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with above-average academic performance. Bring at least six years of experience in IT consulting and transactions with a strong IT focus, including tech due diligence, full potential planning, carve-outs, and post-merger integration. Demonstrate a consistent investor's perspective, understanding how technology influences enterprise value. Exhibit strong, cross-industry knowledge of business models, value drivers, and investment logic, with the ability to assess technology's impact on revenue, costs, speed, and scalability. Proven experience in leading projects, efficient resource planning, and motivating teams. Skilled in presenting complex issues clearly, calculating business cases, and driving them to decisions. Fluency in both German and English is essential.
