Drive technical excellence in HR advisory engagements, translating client needs into actionable workforce solutions. Provide strategic insights into hire-to-retire HR processes, enabling effective workforce management design. Lead project execution, governance, and structured problem-solving across diverse client engagements.

Contribute to sales support by articulating solutions, providing proposal inputs, and aligning advisory offerings with client requirements. Leverage working knowledge of HR technology and emerging AI applications to support modernization and process improvements.

We are seeking individuals with a strong consulting foundation and demonstrated ability in HR advisory. A solid understanding of end-to-end workforce management and HR processes is essential.

Qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA), PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). A minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is required.
